Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover.
Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion with quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
Prepare project quotations and proposals, conduct cost analysis, prepare project budget, and ensure effective cost control and profitability.
Evaluate material costs, labour costs, and variations to ensure accurate cost forecasting and reporting.
Oversee on-site project implementation and resolve technical or operational issues.
Manage project documentation, drawings, technical submissions, and compliance reports.
Lead project teams and provide training and guidance to junior staff.
Conduct regular project financial reporting, risk assessment, and profit margin evaluation.
Job Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience in the fire protection industry
(5 years or more is highly preferred).
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, installation processes, and regulatory submission procedures (e.g., BOMBA or relevant local authority).
Must have experience in engineering cost estimation, budgeting, and cost management.
Ability to prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and project financial reports independently.
Proven leadership and team management skills; experience in training new staff is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with relevant engineering certifications or professional licenses will be given priority.
