: Lead on-going First Miles and Returns delivery operations in Klang Valley, 20 supervisors and 500 drivers Ensure key performance KPI on: % ontime pick-up, pick-up till IB time, productivity, % lost rate and other KPI Involve in planning & Implement Campaign mode operations for peak days Deploy execution of initiatives in KV to step change KV performance Drive compliance among supervisors & drivers Work with Fleet team to ensure Drivers supply Work with Operations Planning team to optimise FM KV cost Regularvisit to KV SOC & FM hubs to ensure compliance & smooth operations or make adjustment in process if needed Work with Admin and other team to ensure trucks availability & other supplies (gunny bags, pallet, pallet jacks) Coordinate with other teams (SOC, Linehaul, Last Miles) to leverage resources from each others when needed Improve supervisors & drivers efficiency by knowing their daily tasks & propose alternative/improvement Extend to other new/ad hoc tasks when needed Requirements: Bachelor degreesin Logistics, Operations or related fields Minimum 7yrs working experience, at least 3yrs in delivery/logistics roles, experience in ecommerce logistics is a plus Have experience leading large scale of drivers or blue-collar workers High disciplineto drive compliance among supervisors & drivers Excellent communicator, actively seek for clear direction and effectively pass down to supervisors & drivers, making sure understanding & execution are in place, also getting inputs/insights on the ground and feedback to Operations planning team Outstanding problem-solving, deepdive for insights from different sources & actively propose suitable solutions Build team morale, set examples & constantly demonstratecore values of the company to KV team Good team player, highly collaborative to drive project & support across teams, a reliable source that supervisors can turn to when they need help. Willing to go the extra miles when business needs Attention to details, keep in mind factors that have impact on key KPIs
