GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. To co-ordinate all fit out matters and to ensure that the design layout and renovation are completed in a timely manner through close liaison with Leasing Department, Contractors and Consultants. 
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Pre Fit-out / Renovation Stage 
 
To provide design and creative inputs and technical co-ordination for fit-out. 
To liaise with base building consultants pertaining to technical issues 
To make recommendations to the Tenancy Approving Board/Leasing Department with regard to the fit-out and renovation works. 
To give advice on design drawings and to provide reports based on Mall requirements. 
To issue work permits to contractor in compliance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. 
 
2. To monitor the overall progress of work for tenancy fit-out. 
To liaise and co-ordinate with Leasing, Operations and Safety Departments with regard to fit-out works.
