Fit Out Manager (retail)

Job Description


You will oversee and coordinate all aspects of interior construction and finishing works to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They manage contractors, monitor progress, and address issues to ensure the seamless execution of design and construction plans.

  • Plan, oversee, and execute project activities throughout the rollout timeline.
  • Assist the project manager in preparing status updates and progress reports for new country launches.
  • Identify and document risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID Log) and escalate critical concerns to relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate resolutions.
  • Monitor and support process progress in collaboration with respective stream project leads.
  • Provide ongoing support for status and progress reporting.
  • Facilitate activities during the service transition phase, ensuring all countries are adequately covered.
  • Consolidate and report the overall status and progress of all transition activities.
  • Handle risk and issue management proactively.
  • Coordinate and manage activities leading to successful project closure.

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Interior Designing, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering projects effectively.
  • Skilled in analyzing, understanding, and implementing solutions for complex challenges in customer environments across various functions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
  • Adept at collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Experience in implementing new processes or projects in collaboration with different teams or departments.
