The Role The role of Membership Sales Consultant involves identifying prospective members\xe2\x80\x99 health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. A Membership Consultant will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management. The successful applicant should possess the following Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition
- An ambitious and motivated, can-do attitude
- Proven track record with exceeding sales targets
- An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and goals
- Industry knowledge
