Fitness Socials & Events Manager

You'll design, plan, and lead the social heartbeat of Babel -- from themed fitness events to wellness retreats and community activations -- each one leaving members feeling inspired, connected, and part of something bigger.
What You'll Do
1. Create Unforgettable Experiences
Develop and execute a
year-round calendar
of fitness and social events that celebrate the Babel lifestyle -- from outdoor workouts to wellness workshops, retreats, and themed parties.
Turn creative ideas into reality, curating experiences that
connect, inspire, and energize
our members and the wider community.
Partner with the marketing team to bring events to life across all touchpoints -- digital, social, and in-club.
2. Build and Strengthen the Community
Be the
face and energy of the Babel community
-- engaging members, welcoming new faces, and cultivating a sense of belonging.
Develop initiatives that keep members connected -- from small social mixers and challenges to large-scale celebrations.
Collaborate with our coaches, trainers, and studio leads to make every event an extension of the Babel experience.
3. Drive Engagement and Brand Impact
Create meaningful moments that deepen member loyalty and brand love.
Identify opportunities for
strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
to enhance the Babel experience.
Track event success and community engagement metrics to continuously elevate future activations.
4. Deliver with Excellence
Manage end-to-end event logistics, from concept to execution.
Oversee budgets, vendors, schedules, and on-site teams with precision and professionalism.
Ensure every touchpoint -- from setup to follow-up -- reflects
Babel's premium standard of service and attention to detail

What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in
event management, marketing, or community engagement
, ideally in fitness, wellness, or hospitality.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
A creative eye for brand consistency and social media engagement.
Experience managing event budgets and working with partners or sponsors.
Willingness to work flexible hours -- including weekends or evenings -- when events come alive.
