Job Responsibility Know gym knowledge and Kampung Gym gym facilities well Receiving customers, giving gym tour and closing the sales of membership and products Making phone calls to customers Data collection and data analysis Assist marketing department to collect relevant data and analyse customer data Participate in Kampung Gym promotional activities when required to increase brand awareness Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers Job Requirements Education and Certifications in exercise science or related fields preferred. Experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Consultant is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and ability to inspire and support clients. Basic sales and marketing skills. Maintaining personal fitness and a positive attitude.
