• Lead and manage the fit-out projects for new store openings, renovations, and expansions across the retail brand\'s network.
• Facilitate internal management approvals and ensure necessary documents are in place prior to the commencement of fit-out works.
• Contribute to the development of the brand\'s store expansion and remodeling strategies.
• Work closely with leasing, M&E, and other relevant departments to ensure project coordination and timely handover of retail premises for business commencement.
• Provide design and creative inputs, review, comment, and fit-out drawings, ensuring compliance with mall design requirements and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, local authorities, and cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, construction professionals) for smooth project execution.
• Supervise and facilitate the progress of fit-out works, conducting final inspections on completed works before commencing business operations.
• Prepare project budgets (CAPEX), conduct tender exercises, review bids, negotiate costs, and award contracts, ensuring projects remain within approved budgets.
• Compile and maintain project documentation, records, and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing retail fit-out projects, preferably within the mall or shopping center environment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel around Malaysia to support project sites as required.
• Strong project management skills, with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contractor management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, consultants, and mall management.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices related to retail fit-outs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
