Position Snapshot Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia Company: Nestl Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd (Nestle Shah Alam Complex) Full-time Diploma or minimum Certificate in M.L.V.K. Intermediate or equivalent 2+ years of experience A day in the life of... To carry out daily checks on the proper functioning of production plant. To report abnormalities to Engineering Executive/Engineer. Preventive maintenance recommendation. To attend breakdowns and rectify in the shortest possible time. To carry out change for various filling and packing equipment. To be fully involved during overhaul/planned repair for plant equipment. To carry out regular greasing and lubrication of specified equipment. To observe good housekeeping and engineering practices in carrying out of jobs and duties Report all maintenance and repair jobs in communication book & prepare a weekly report of repair jobs Ensure that all work schedules issued by engineer is carried out correctly & carry out instructions as per M & R cards. Assist in spare equipments maintenance. Tabulate and compile equipment downtime analysis reports Responsible and accountable for the overall maintenance and repairs of production equipment. Conduct plant checks to asses running conditions of equipment as per checklist. Carry out repair and trouble shooting jobs in minimum time. Participate in factory improvement jobs and assist in installation jobs. Accountable also for plant general service maintenance. Participate with operators and Production chargehands for improvement projects so as to increase productivity. What will make you successful Diploma or minimum Certificate in M.L.V.K. Intermediate or equivalent Prior experience in food manufacturing area by maintaining GMP Basic maintenance skills with filling and packing equipments Proficiency in Microsoft tool .
