Job Responsibilities :

To comply with operations, safety and maintenance procedures
To measure and constructing components out of raw materials through cutting, shaping and grinding
To assemble fabricated components into a larger machine or system
To perform regular maintenance and repair work to determine the root of problems
To monitor the fabrication and assembly process
To welding components using manual or semi automatic welding equipment in various positions
To replacing damaged or defective components
Read blue prints and drawings to plan layout and procedures
To determine the appropriate welding equipment or method on requirements
To operate hand/power tool to prepare the parts that must be welded
To align components using callipers, rulers, and clamp pieces
To repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
To perform testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws
To maintain the quality of equipment for safety
Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements :

Diploma in Manufacturing/ Mechanical or any engineering field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Must have working experience in using machineries, machine tools, welding, read layout, handling projects and assembly product parts
