Are you a dynamic, experienced store manager looking for your next exciting challenge? Amane Pizza is seeking a skilled Flagship Store Manager to lead our premier location and set the standard for operational excellence across our brand.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Drive sales growth through effective marketing, promotions, and operational excellence Manage inventory, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all store operations Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and brand development

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in food/beverage/restaurant or retail management Minimum of Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field Strong leadership abilities with exceptional people management skills Solid financial acumen with ability to interpret and act on P&L statements Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Flexibility to travel between outlets as neede
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
