Compositing and 2d project management, involving compositing of VFX/CGI elements, and the creation and integration of motion GFX. Providing articulate, helpful feedback to in-house artists. Pitching for new work, devising clear methodologies outlining your creative approach to a brief. On-set VFX Supervision, with a con\xef\xac\x81dent voice and strong problem-solving abilities. Solving creative problems using simple, efficient techniques, sharing ideas with teammates and iterating rapidly based on client notes. Mentoring and training junior artists in your teams. Ability to communicate effectively with clients. Con\xef\xac\x81dently engage with clients in pre-prod meetings offering advice & solutions on how to achieve best results. Ability to react to changes efficiently and meet delivery deadlines. Good working knowledge of photography, filmmaking techniques and technologies. Knowledge of 3D software packages such as C4D & Maya. Knowledge of 2D software packages such as Nuke and After Effects. Knowledge of 3rd party tracking applications such as PFtrack, Mocha, SynthEyes.
