: Monitor & coordinate seller pick-up order Assign pick-up locations according to the timing of pick-up and ensure cost optimisation at all times Perform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at the warehouse Address seller complaints and perform analysis to identify the root cause. Simultaneously implementing preventive measures Ensure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring the productivity of drivers & riders Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable Monitor and report KPI compliance Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inbound Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous Intermediate Excel and Google Spreadsheets literacy Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use Excellent leadership and communication skills Able to work in an agile environment Fast learner, comfortable with fast-paced environment
