: . Plan and coordinate linehaul operations by managing inbound and outbound of parcels, arrival & departure time of linehaul vehicles, utilizing truck capacity, route planning for drivers as well as ensuring proper parcel handling . Execute linehaul plans according to the set schedules and maximize capacity to ensure all deliveries are fast and on time according to the set service-level agreement (SLA). . Manage all transporters and drivers according to set key performance indicators (KPI). . Develops ad-hoc plans to support peak volume. . Involved in investigation of linehaul delays, or accidents as well as develops contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an enroute breakdown or accident. . Comply to the set standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies related to line haul & shuttle safety and security. Requirements: . Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma preferred . 3-5 years of working experience in linehaul field or logistic transportation . Experience in transport, supply chain and logistics management . Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills. . Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities . Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills . Quick learning, adaptive and flexible . Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement . Like challenging goals and dynamic yet fun working environment
