Oversee and coordinate daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and schedules are met.
Act as the main point of contact for drivers on duty at night.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies involving company vehicles.
Liaise with workshops, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies involving company vehicles to customer.
Handle and resolve operational issues or plan contingency measures in cases of delays, accidents, breakdowns, route changes, or emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Continuously improve fleet efficiency and cost control measures.
Communicate with customers or clients (if required) regarding delivery status during night hours.
