Do you love challenges?

The Flexera Subject Matter Expert is managing the day-to-day Flexera FNMS (primary) and ServiceNow (secondary) administration, configuration and development activities of the Corporate IT department (Global IT) and drives visibility, compliance and optimization. You are part of a growing team based in Malaysia and Germany with focus on Flexera, ServiceNow as well as IT Asset and Service Management.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Ensures technical governance, standardization and adds new services to the ServiceNow Service Catalog

\xe2\x96\xa0 Works with the Software and Hardware Asset Management team to gather requirements and evaluate opportunities for automation and improvements

\xe2\x96\xa0 Delivers new functionality across applications in an agile way and extend the existing Flexera FNMS environment

\xe2\x96\xa0 Drives activities to improve inventory data accuracy and quality

\xe2\x96\xa0 Troubleshoots the end-to-end inventory process and support different IT teams to the degree needed

\xe2\x96\xa0 Assists the team delivering services, resolving incidents and escalates 3rd level issues to the vendor.

\xe2\x96\xa0 Extensive knowledge and hands on experience on Windows, Linux and IBM AIX environment (3-4 years server OS Management background preferred)

\xe2\x96\xa0 Comfortable working within Database SQL Management Studio and IIS

\xe2\x96\xa0 Ability to successfully work in international and multi-cultural teams and environment

\xe2\x96\xa0 Bachelor\'s degree in information technologies or business administrations preferred

\xe2\x96\xa0 1 year of Flexera FNMS administration, configuration and integration experience for discovery, inventory and application normalization is preferred

\xe2\x96\xa0 Relevant Flexera certification is an added advantage

\xe2\x96\xa0 Basic knowledge about software license management and optimization as well as Service Management

\xe2\x96\xa0 Proactive, resilient and careful

\xe2\x96\xa0 Strong communication skills (English language)
