• Experience in new process start up, Willing to work as a team and collaborate with other functional teams to bring up the business process to qualify the new product.
• Reporting to management on progress toward goals, maintaining high-quality product deliveries to the customer by data analysis and yield analysis. Technically lead work packages within yield Improvement projects, decide on priorities, drive activities, analyze and present results with cross-function teams to solve technical and process issues.
• Analysis of Yield at assembly process & product Final Test to determine and resolve causes of low yield, identify/drive opportunities for improvement through structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5Y, 8D, DMAIC and 7QC tools)
• Develop and implement a quality control plan for adequacy and suitability for production and during new product introduction. Familiar with Control plan, OCAP, WI & FMEA.
• Experienced working in Semiconductor process, especially in FOL Flip Chip and underfill process ,Knowledge/hands-on in DataCon flip chip and Asymtek machine much advantage, Perform Yield enhancement activities, characterization, and test QDN reduction.
• Knowledgeable in production control processes, SPC, data Analysis/interpretation GR&R, Cp/Cpk, correlation analysis and MSA.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal/teaming skills, able to communicate effectively with employees from all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English communication, additional language skills a plus. The job nature requires communicating with China and US people.
• Solid foundation in manufacturing processes. collaborate with other functional teams for discussion /problem-solving.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, power point, JMP or Minitab statistical software
• Demonstrated expertise in Data Analysis for manufacturing yield enhancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 + years of process engineering experience in semiconductor assembly on engineering for equipment maintenance/repair/improve in Flip Chip process.
• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Material/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Accept flexible working time if needed
