: We are looking for enthusiastic Floor Staff to provide quality customer service to our guests. The Floor Staff\'s responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, ensuring that server stations are well-organized, and be able to respond to guests\' requests in a timely and efficient manner. To be successful as Floor Staff, you should be knowledgeable about proper food and beverage handling procedures and have excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, exceptional Floor Staff should be able to communicate effectively with both staff and guests as well as demonstrate outstanding customer service skills. Criteria: \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive knowledge of food handling procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently as well as in a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to work flexibly which includes nightshifts, weekends, and holidays. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work in a stressful environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 A keen eye for details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to complete tasks efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to solve the problem promptly.
