Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

3. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

5. Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests.

6. Assist in setting up the restaurant before service and closing duties after service.

7. Support smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.

8. Follow company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service.

9. Handle customer inquiries or complaints courteously and promptly.

10. Participate in team briefings and training sessions.

Working Experience

1. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment (preferred).

2. Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided).

3. Experience in customer service or food handling is an added advantage.

Skills Required

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

4. Team player with good cooperation and adaptability.

5. Attention to detail and cleanliness.
