We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth guest service on the floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and supporting the management team in achieving operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
Lead and coordinate front-of-house staff, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training and guidance.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
Work closely with management to implement operational policies and service improvements.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards on the floor.
Assist in staff scheduling, floor planning, and shift management.
Support special events and promotions as required.
Report operational issues and performance updates to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is an advantage.
