JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Floral Arrangements:

Assist in preparing and assembling floral designs, including bouquets, arrangements, and decorative pieces.

Ensure floral arrangements meet client specifications and maintain high quality standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of floral design trends and techniques

2. Customer Service:

Assist customers in selecting floral products and providing expert advice on flowers, care instructions, and arrangements.

Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner.

Process customer orders in person, over the phone, and online.

3. Inventory Management:

Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of flowers and supplies.

Monitor the freshness of flowers and discard expired stock as needed.

Track inventory levels and inform the Florist Manager of stock shortages.

4. Shop Maintenance:

Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Ensure proper care and storage of flowers and plants to maintain their quality.

Assist in the setup of displays and promotions.

5. Administrative Support:

Handle payments and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.

Maintain records of orders and assist with updating customer databases.

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as booking deliveries and coordinating with suppliers.

6. Delivery Assistance:

Assist in packaging floral arrangements for delivery.

Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely delivery of orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
