Reporting Stock and Update Warehouse, Pollard and Feed Flour.
Job Responsibilities
Updated Daily Flour Stock Report and Daily Packing Report every day and submit to HOD.
FFM Marketing and Account Department.
Ensure stocks (flour, pollard, feed flour, packing material and others) in warehouse are tallied with Production and delivery.
Ensure products delivery and packaging material usage are following FIFO.
Ensure all files and documents are complete and update.
Aging report must do weekly to ensure flour delivery is following FIFO.
Additional report every end month to submitted required person.
If there flour more than 2 weeks, container fumigation will be arranged by tally clerk and done by Qualified person.
Ensure cleanliness of warehouse, pollard and feed flour are done according to cleaning schedule.
Notify maintenance if there is problem related.
Others: ad hoc and other duties as assigned.
