This position will be based in Kemaman,Terengganu Malaysia. Qualification & Certification: Diploma/Advance Diploma in Petroleum, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any relevant. Minimum 1 year of experience in Well Test/ Coiled Tubing Cleanout Job Scope: Operate and maintain flowback equipment, including valve, filtration unit, separators, tanks, and other related machinery. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. Monitor and record flowback data, including flow rates, pressure, and fluid composition. Analyse collected data to identify trends, potential issues, and optimize production processes. Collaborate with drilling and completion teams to coordinate flowback activities. Communicate effectively with on-site personnel and supervisors to provide updates and address issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of flowback operations, equipment maintenance, and data analysis. Prepare reports summarizing key performance indicators and operational parameters. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to flowback equipment. Implement corrective actions to optimize flowback processes. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in safety meetings and drills if required. Job Requirement: Have a basic knowledge in managing and monitoring the flow of fluids from oil and gas wells during the completion and production phases. Have a basic knowledge in delivering the safe and efficient operation of flowback equipment, collect and analyze data, and communicate effectively with on-site personnel. Previous experience in oil and gas, specifically in flowback operations, is often preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to operate and troubleshoot flowback equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Physical fitness and the ability to work in outdoor and sometimes challenging conditions. Quality: Ensure that standards and procedures implemented are conformance to Company ISO 9001:2015 procedures and other in-house established standards. Maintain business ethic integrity by means of honesty, courtesy, promptness, quality and accuracy. Handle information and documents with high confidence.
