VACANCY FOR FM INSPECTOR(CIVIL)

POSITION : FM INSPECTOR CIVIL (FMI)

LOCATION : KEMENTERIAN KERJA RAYA MALAYSIA, KUALA LUMPUR

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Ensure that its management process and systems are reviewed in a coordinated and structured manner that allows any error or non-conformances to be identified and appropriate corrective action plans implemented as soon as the non-conformance is detected.

2. Ensure the management implement and maintain an effective quality management system.

3. Ensure that requirements of the quality management plan are implemented and maintained during the performance of the facility management services.

4. Attend meeting as required.

5. Responsible to submit monthly monitoring report to JKR and headquarters.

6. Develop and practice quality work place environments.

7. Monitor operation site organization as per superior instruction.

8. Implementing quality objective, and goals

REQUIREMENT :-

1. Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree In Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent AND registered under Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).

2. At least 5 years working experience in relevant field.

3. Good interpersonal skills with good written and spoken command of the english and bahasa malaysia language.

4. Well verse with Maintenance Job, JKR paperwork/documentation, Arahan Teknik etc

5. Ability to complete tasks independently and also excellent as a team leader member.
