Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks on die casting machines, trim presses, furnaces, chillers, and other plant equipment Attend breakdowns promptly and assist in troubleshooting issues in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to the Senior Technician or Maintenance Executive Carry out routine inspections to identify wear, misalignment, and potential failure risks Use maintenance tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic devices effectively Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition Fill out maintenance checklists and work completion reports accurately Record breakdown incidents, work performed, and parts used in the logbook or system Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines or equipment modifications Follow all maintenance safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and machine guarding Report unsafe practices, hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately Assist in facility improvement projects and layout changes. Support other technical teams when required. Any other task assign by supervisor/ HOD.

Job Requirement :

ITI(Industrial Training Institute)/Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field Fresh Graduate is encourge to apply Minimum 1 - 2 years working & hands-on experience in maintenance within a die casting or heavy manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, gearboxes, and electrical components Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with maintenance logs and documentation Familiar with Facility energy monitoring and log sheet management Willing to work overtime or attend to emergency breakdowns when required. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
