Job Description


:External facing work (managing the clients directly) * Lead report datapulls (excel raw data, from various dashboards for various key JBP clients) weekly/biweekly/monthly > send direct to client.

  • Lead in creation of decks (QBRs/HBRs, Proposal Decks, any ad hoc review decks).
  • Lead in adhoc/non direct sales related client queries (signing of NDAs/pulling of adhoc insights/case studies/other asks).
  • Lead in workshop related decks organisation/logistics (room bookings,meal bookings, client attendance/invites logistics, event materials/SWAG), with internal marketing team event organiser and internal teams to create decks.
Internal facing work * Lead in setting up of ad hoc regional campaigns (SF creation/AM work in campaigns with ad ops)
  • Lead in ops related work (ingestion of backend barcode (GTIN) mapping, cleanups with the analytics team, any other adhoc queries from local teams)
  • Lead in submitting JIRAs for adhoc data/analytics requests from local/regional clients (data which doesn\'t exist on dashboards, need curated data scripts)
  • Lead in SFDC tagging cleanups with sales ops teams (FMCG tagging inaccurate to capture our numbers in opportunity level)
  • Lead in quarterly \'newsletter\'/screenshot showcase/case study/insights creation for internal + external usage, broken down by category.
  • Lead any internal queries from local teams regarding datapulls/insights/ad hoc local workshops deck creations.
  • Lead in working with local teams to ensure creation and completion of QBRs/Proposal decks.
  • Assist/lead in monthly presentation slides for leadership to showcase FMCG pipeline numbers via dashboard, with challenges & asks consolidation.
  • Assist/lead regional sales enablement/marketing team to ensure our FMCG deck is updated/update of new products GTM decks.
  • Assist/lead in working with PR team (and clients) on press releases (back and forth with client and internal).
  • Assist/lead in working with analytics team to improve/complete existing dashboard asks.
  • Assist/lead in working with measurement team to churn external vendor insights/manage brand lift studies.
  • Assist/lead in working with product team to monitor pilots for new products.
  • Assist/lead in working with monitoring sales pipeline and targets with together with ads strat & partnerships team and any other upcoming 3rd party vendors who manage our inventory
Requirements:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a data-driven role.
  • Be open to working from the office 3 days a week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools eg. pulling data from dashboards and analysis.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Passion for working in the FMCG space and a desire to contribute to its growth.
