Job description:
1Develop and execute marketing campaigns for FMCG products across various channels (retail outlets, TikTok Live, and online platforms).
Plan, schedule, and coordinate TikTok Live sessions and support live commerce strategy to boost product sales.
Work closely with retail outlet teams to ensure in-store activation, product visibility, and promotional activities are executed smoothly.
Support new product launches with content coordination, campaign rollout, and performance tracking.
Analyze campaign results, sales performance, and engagement to recommend improvements.
Assist in managing marketing collaterals, visuals, and content creation with the design and marketing team.
Support cross-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
Perform ad hoc marketing tasks such as event support, campaign reporting, and general branding activities as required.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, sales) to ensure campaign consistency and timely execution.
