Manage daily records including staff attendance, rosters, operational checklists, and incident reports.
Submit HR-related documents such as OT claims, uniforms request and onboarding / offboarding paperwork.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in preparing internal memos, reminders, and follow-ups.
Submit weekly forms and requests to Purchasing & Warehouse, Production and Finished Goods Distribution.
2. Cross-Department Coordination
Liaise with:
HR & Admin Department
- for staffing matters, claims, and disciplinary records.
Account Department
- for invoice submissions, petty cash reimbursement, and payroll input.
Purchasing & Warehouse Department
- to track purchases and follow up on urgent orders.
FGS & Distribution
- to support restocking and supply tracking.
Bakery & Production
- for daily quantity updates and production coordination.
3. SOP Maintenance & Updates
Keep the
Restaurant SOPs
(Standard Operating Procedures) updated and accessible.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure all SOPs reflect current practices.
Distribute updates and ensure acknowledgment from relevant staff.
4. Wastage Form Updates & Monitoring
Collect, review, and consolidate
Daily Wastage Forms
from kitchen and front-of-house.
Ensure accuracy of wastage entries and reasons provided by staff.
Submit summarized wastage reports to management weekly for review.
Work with the team to identify patterns or recurring issues in food or material wastage.
5. Daily Operations Monitoring
Ensure checklists for opening/closing, cleanliness, and food safety are completed daily.
Monitor and follow up on equipment breakdowns or maintenance requests.
Help ensure all teams adhere to company procedures and operational standards.
6. Inventory & Supply Coordination
Track operational supplies such as tools & utensils, cleaning tools, equipment and packaging.
Submit supply request forms and follow up with the Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
7. Reporting
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports (e.g., sales summary, staff issues, stock movement).
Consolidate updates or issues from internal departments for management review.
