Must have at least 4 years of working experience in doing fondant and buttercream designer cake
2 years experience in managing and supervising a team.
Firm leader with deep knowledge in cake industry.
Able to work in Kuchai Lama.
Able to work 5 days or 6 days a week (6 days work with higher pay), working time 8am-6pm.
Responsibilities
Monitor stock, order from supplier, check receiving ingredients quality, minimizing spoilage and utilize ingredients surpluses.
Create new product design every month for festive season like CNY, Xmas etc.
Solve any technical issue and problems faced by the team in baking.
Prepare customize fondant and buttercream cake for birthday party and events.
Manage a team of bakers & decorator, provide guidance, knowledge, skills, motivation, and manage their duty roster.
