The Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant role is responsible to assist the Food and Beverage Director in daily administrative operations and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policy and not limited to the tasks below:-

• Editing of all menus and printing
• Running Monthly engineering report
• Updating Birchstreet recipes & cocktail recipes along with proper costing
• Completing month end inventory and reviewing variances with management and updating comments
• Updating moth end comments with management
• Manage emails in regards to reservations and general information
• Monitor group reservations and print necessary menus, BEO's and Group resumes
• Ordering and requisition F&B supplies and products as needed to run division
• Do market research for different products
• Assist with comp set analysis as and when needed
• Supporting Operations
• Review pending & unresolved glitches, open Medallia and do appropriate follow up as reviewed with management
• Prepare slides for the division including all the crucial info and activations
• Food & Beverage Recruitment, opening job req's, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and up to date, screen candidates and setup interviews
