Greet guests courteously and provide professional, efficient, and friendly service at all times.
Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders promptly.
Set up, clean, and maintain tables, service stations, and dining areas before, during, and after service.
Ensure all tableware, glassware, and utensils are clean and properly arranged.
Upsell food and beverage items and promote ongoing hotel promotions.
Assist in preparing for banquets, meetings, and special functions as required.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
Adhere to hotel standards, policies, and procedures related to service, hygiene, and safety.
Ensure all food and beverage items are served according to established standards.
Cooperate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
