Position Purpose

To deliver friendly, efficient and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests at Ibis Styles Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sri Damansara, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, hygiene, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, seat them, and provide attentive service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen. Serve meals and drinks to guests according to hotel service standards; ensure orders are delivered timely and at the correct temperature. Set up tables and dining areas before service and clear/reset tables after guests depart. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas -- including side-stations, service counters, restaurant floor, etc. Comply with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations (e.g. HACCP, hotel health & safety standards) at all times. Attend briefings, trainings and staff meetings as required; follow hotel and brand (Ibis/Accor) service procedures, uniform & grooming standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in food & beverage service (hotel, restaurant or hospitality setting) is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver friendly, welcoming service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Basic understanding of food & beverage preparation / service; familiarity with hygiene & sanitation standards. Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, punctuality and reliability. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate closely with kitchen/stewarding/other hotel staff.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
