Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and service-driven
F&B Captain
to join our team atSango
, a well-establishedJapanese Restaurant in Crystal Crown Hotel PJ.
The ideal candidate will lead the service team, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant service and staff performance Maintain high service and hygiene standards Assist in staff training and scheduling Handle guest feedback professionally Support the restaurant manager in daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B, preferably in a Japanese restaurant Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Pleasant personality with a passion for hospitality
Must be willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
