The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the proper supervision and function of all Food & Beverage associates, operation, sales, costs and departmental profits according to standards, budgets, and key result area objectives.
The Food & Beverage Manager able to drive- revenue to achieve set budgets,
marketing & promotions and strategies to optimise revenue and minimize expenses. * The Food & Beverage Manager responsible for all the food & beverage operations (outlets / function rooms) includes culinary section with highest standards.
Plan, order and manage food & beverage inventory, control cost in the outlets,
managed labor cost based on event and budget. * Collaborate with Executive Chef to create menus / promotions and maintain a pleasant dining experience.
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and handle with courteously.
Conduct associate evaluations, motivate, develop, train and retain associates which encompass training program & hotel recognition programs.
Comply with all health and safety and rules and regulations of the company.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in F&B Management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of F&B trends, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines
Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
