Job Description


Responsibilities

  • The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the proper supervision and function of all Food & Beverage associates, operation, sales, costs and departmental profits according to standards, budgets, and key result area objectives.
  • The Food & Beverage Manager able to drive- revenue to achieve set budgets,
marketing & promotions and strategies to optimise revenue and minimize expenses. * The Food & Beverage Manager responsible for all the food & beverage operations (outlets / function rooms) includes culinary section with highest standards.
  • Plan, order and manage food & beverage inventory, control cost in the outlets,
managed labor cost based on event and budget. * Collaborate with Executive Chef to create menus / promotions and maintain a pleasant dining experience.
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and handle with courteously.
  • Conduct associate evaluations, motivate, develop, train and retain associates which encompass training program & hotel recognition programs.
  • Comply with all health and safety and rules and regulations of the company.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred 3-5 years of experience in F&B Management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of F&B trends, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
