SsJOB DESCRIPTION 1. To oversee, manage, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Food and
Beverage Department in line with established standards. 2. To monitor, coach and train the team in order to maintain the highest levels of guest
satisfaction in the Food and Beverage Department while ensuring that performance
targets are achieved. 3. To develop, recommend execute into action, and oversee the Food and Beverage industry\'s yearly budget, forecasts, business/marketing plan, and goals in order to fulfill or beyond management expectations 4. Should keep a careful eye on the Food and Beverage Department\'s financial performance and make sure that spending stays within budget. 5. To create marketing campaigns for restaurants, bars, banquets, and outside caterers. 6. To stay informed about the most recent promotions, both internally and from competitors. 7. To set standards and procedures for food and beverage outlets to reflect the desired image and quality to ensure the most effective service to customers. OTHER REQUIREMENTS \xc3\x98 Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential. \xc3\x98 Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests. \xc3\x98 Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support hotel operations or events. \xc3\x98 Complying with the company\xe2\x80\x99s grooming standard. \xc3\x98 Requires a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and passport. \xc3\x98 Must be willing to travel to conduct business if required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
