Co-ordinates and arranges activities according to the Manager of F&B requirement.
Arranges appointments and meetings for the Manager of F&B, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
Provides translation and interpretation services to the Manager of Food & Beverage.
Attends all Food & Beverage meetings, takes minutes of such meetings accurately transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.
Compiles daily revenue and log reports from all outlets for the Director of F&B perusal.
To liaise with F& B Manager, Banquet Manager and Outlet Managers and assist them in their duties.
Assess priorities of work and wherever possible, assists in organizing the Manager of F&B priorities.
Prepares replies to routine correspondence for Manager of F&B.
Takes dictation of correspondence as required
Opens and sorts mail addressed to the Manager of F&B.
Maintains a filing and trace system.
Answers all incoming calls for the Manger of F&B and either transfers redirects or takes messages.
Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
PREFFERED KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATION
A University degree, college certificate or secretarial training in a Vocational school or an Educational Institution
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Well groomed and presented.
Good interpersonal skills.
An independent worker and self- motivator.
Sound knowledge of all Microsoft programs as well as office automated machines.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
