Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years experience in purchasing or supply chain (F&B background is an advantage).
• Required skills: F&B Industry Knowledge, Supply Chain Management, Food Safety, Logistics Coordination, Procurement
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory control
• Able to use Microsoft Excel & Word
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supplier Coordination:Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for required items (fresh, frozen, dry goods, packaging, etc.). Support price comparison and basic negotiation under supervision.
• Purchase Order Processing:Prepare and issue purchase orders based on kitchen or outlet requests. Follow up on order status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Receiving Support:Assist in checking delivered items against purchase orders for quantity and quality. Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
• Inventory Monitoring:Support the kitchen and outlet team in monitoring stock levels and reporting low inventory. Help coordinate stock transfer and apply FIFO practices in storage areas.
• Documentation & Filing:Ensure all purchase-related documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and GRNs are properly recorded and filed. Assist in maintaining supplier records and compliance documentation (e.g., halal-related documents).
• Compliance Assistance:Support quality control checks and help ensure that food safety, hygiene, and halal requirements are followed during purchasing and receiving activities.
