Handle customer and delivery partner inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
Assist with order status, payments, refunds, and delivery-related matters.
Provide support in Mandarin (Traditional - Taiwan) and basic English.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution.
Ensure all cases are resolved efficiently and recorded accurately.
