  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle customer and delivery partner inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist with order status, payments, refunds, and delivery-related matters.
  • Provide support in Mandarin (Traditional - Taiwan) and basic English.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Ensure all cases are resolved efficiently and recorded accurately.
