Job Description

As a Food Processor in the Packing department, you will be responsible for packaging food products according to company standards and regulatory guidelines. Your role is essential in ensuring that products are packed efficiently, safely, and with high quality for distribution and sale.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Supports and manages the operation while working closely with staff.

1) Pack and double check items which were made.

2) Quality check and evaluate the condition of production side for distribution.

3) Co-operate together with executive Halal Manager for the improvement Halal.

4) Double check the items are in right quantity and right name of items during receiving and loading to vehicle for distribution.

5) Stock checks all kind items has been made in and out (for chiller storage).

6) Print the item label and stick on finishing product and finalize to the right condition of keeping those.

7) Responsible for the packing items inspection (packaging pack, seal and vacuum machine). Regulate the use of packaging machines.

8) Ensure and control the use of plastic or packaging materials that are used correctly.

9) Control the use of packaging machines according to established standards. and managing the storage space for final product materials before being marketed.

10 ) Help the operation of the kitchen if the head of the kitchen needs help.
