Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Product R&D Manager to lead our product innovation and development initiatives. You will oversee the creation, improvement, and commercialization of food products while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and reformulation of new and existing food products.
Conduct sensory evaluations, pilot tests, and product trials.
Research market trends, emerging ingredients, and technologies.
Manage R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
Collaborate with marketing, production, QA/QC, and procurement teams.
