A well-established manufacturing company based in

Prai Industrial Estate, Penang

, is hiring a

QA Executive

to support its quality assurance functions. This role focuses on ensuring that all products meet strict quality guidelines and that quality systems are followed throughout production.

The position is ideal for someone who is methodical, quality-driven, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures Conduct inspections, quality checks, and documentation reviews Identify product or process deviations and support corrective actions Prepare QA reports, maintain records, and assist in internal audits Coordinate with production, logistics, and R&D for quality consistency Analyze customer feedback to improve quality performance

Requirements:

Degree in a related field QA experience preferred; food industry background is an added plus Open to Chinese and Malay candidates Detail-oriented, analytical, and good at problem-solving Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000 Incentives: Attendance allowance, yearly bonus, performance bonus Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:40 PM Sat: 8:30 AM - 12:40 PM 5.5 working days/week Additional Benefits: Medical coverage, maternity leave, training and advancement opportunities
