We are now seeking a

Food Safety & HACCP Intern

to join our Quality team. This role offers valuable, hands-on experience in

food safety management systems, documentation, and compliance

-- ideal for students passionate about food quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating

HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety documentation

. Support

internal audits, inspections, and verification activities

within the production area. Help in preparing and reviewing

SOPs, product specifications, and hygiene records

. Participate in

training sessions and awareness programs

related to food safety and quality. Assist with

non-conformance investigations

and

corrective action follow-ups

. Work closely with the

Halal, QC, and Production teams

to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in

Food Science

,

Food Technology

,

Food Safety

, or a related field. Basic understanding of

HACCP principles

,

GMP

, and

food hygiene practices

. Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn practical documentation processes. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Internship duration: Minimum

6 months

.
