In addition to making food recommendations, and counter serving food and beverages to customers, the Assistant prepares the bill and performs cashiering duties. The Assistant have to prepare food/drinks. Roles And Responsibilities Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures Maintain food and beverage production and service environment Maintain quality control procedures Process payments Project a positive and professional image Provide counter/take-away service Use primary functions and applications of a tablet computer
