Job Description


Food technologists develop processes for manufacturing foodstuffs and related products based on chemical, physical, and biological principles and technology. They design and plan layouts or equipment, oversee staff, engage in controlling, and improve food technologies\xc3\x82 in food production processes. - To manage daily production operations base on the job order and ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Plan material, equipment and manpower resources requirement timely - Meet production schedules, productivity, output, quality & deliveries. - Improve production methods & process - Ensure all final products conform to specification and meet delivery requirement. - Investigate and correct non-conformance issues - Ensure and maintain operations health, safety and housekeeping in production area - Manage quality management system HACCP & GMP - Prepare and updating the reports on timely basis

We are producing and marketing alcohol and non alcoholic products including of Liquor, Vodka, Whisky, Red Wine, Cooking Rice Wine, 5% Alcoholic beverages, Sparkling Beverages, Non Alcoholic beverages and Healthy Vinegar Drink.
