Food Technologist (r&d /qc Team)

Job Description

1. He/she is responsible for the development and improvement of recipes and new product prototypes and processes to ensure that its processes meet the food quality and food safety standards. 2. He/ she assists in quality audits and is involved in the formulation of food production standards and SOPs. 3. Create new recipes, modifying and improving existing recipes through experimentation. 4. Confirm product formulations and other information for constructing product profiles and costing. 5. Ability to review alternative ingredients and food preparation processes to meet mass production and compliance needs. 6. Research and selection of raw materials used in products 7. Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to reduce production costs.
