We are looking for a

Food Technologist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve food formulations and recipes.

Conduct product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.

Monitor production processes to ensure food safety and quality standards.

Work closely with QA, Production, and R&D teams to solve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with food regulations, halal requirements, and company standards.

Requirements:

l Diploma or Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field.

l Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

l Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems is an advantage.

l Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about food innovation.
