Requirements
Passionate about food, storytelling, and creative media.
Basic shooting & editing skills (mobile or camera acceptable).
Familiar with TikTok / ??? (Xiaohongshu) content style and viral trends.
Strong sense of visual storytelling and timing.
Self-disciplined, consistent, and performance-driven.
Willing to travel for shoots within KL/Selangor.
Fluent in English or Mandarin (Bahasa is a plus).
Bonus Skills:
Prior experience in F&B content creation or influencer campaigns.
Knowledge of AI tools (for captions, subtitles, or planning).
Photography or design skills.
Experience in client communication or sales coordination.
Minimum 35 videos per month (edited + posted)
Maintain quality, consistency, and engagement growth

Responsibilities
Content Creation
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form food videos (15-45 seconds) for TikTok, Xiaohongshu (???), and Instagram Reels.
Visit restaurants, cafes, and hawkers to discover and document "Hidden Gem" food stories.
Ensure every video aligns with Real Food's storytelling tone and brand aesthetic.
Creative Development
Brainstorm viral video ideas based on market trends and brand goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to produce content for F&B clients.
Participate in internal content strategy meetings and brand campaigns.
Publishing & Performance
Upload and schedule content consistently (minimum 35 videos/month).
Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, comments) and optimize for better results.
Maintain a steady posting schedule and uphold quality standards.
Client Collaboration
Join on-site brand shoots, assist with campaign filming, and manage client deliverables.
Maintain good relationships with restaurant partners and collaborators.
Support the team in closing deals or managing paid client campaigns.
