Job Description

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules. Allocate and manage manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve project targets. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

2. Quality & Compliance

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with company standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. Monitor workmanship and material usage to minimize wastage and defects. Assist QA/QC team in inspections and implement corrective measures when required.

3. Safety & Discipline

Enforce site safety rules, toolbox talks, and proper use of PPE by all workers. Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately. Maintain worker discipline and ensure compliance with site policies.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track daily progress and update supervisors/engineers on work status. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on manpower, materials, and site activities. Assist in planning and sequencing of work to meet project deadlines.

5. Material & Resource Management

Monitor material usage and maintain proper records of in/out materials at site. Raise material requisitions in advance to avoid project delays. Ensure tools, machinery, and equipment are well-maintained and used efficiently.

6. Ad Hoc Duties

Perform any other duties assigned by Management or Project Team related to site supervision and project operations.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
