Responsibilities and Authorities

1. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift or stacker;

2. Maintain the facility's equipment in a neat, clean and orderly position on a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or stacker. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods;

3. Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities;

4. Check and inspect goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and also acceptable quantity;

5. Responsible for NO DAMAGED shipment is sent out;

6. Involved in the space selection, planning, arranging and operation of a space needs;

7. Perform scan PDA and print barcode labels on goods arrive;

8. Liaise closely with Transport Companies in order to optimize the delivery and effectiveness service;

9. Maintain safe and work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat;

10. Complete daily logs: FIFO; updating all data into computer and manual records;

11. Contribution to Operations team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;

12. Prepare and compile inventory report for stock count

Notwithstanding the above, you may be required to perform any adhoc duties from time to time.
