1. To assist in preparation of sample for trial purpose, raw material qualification and stability studies.
2. To provide assistance to Formulation Executive. To conduct instrument calibration and recording. To maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, instruments and area cleanliness and in good condition.
3. To complete all formulation worksheets and inventory requisition and documents filling
4. To maintain, recording and safekeeping of inventory of war material sample and packaging material from warehouse and supplier. To perform housekeeping of laboratory. To discard toxic waste material according to SOP.
5. Acting personnel during her absences: immediate superior (Formulation Executive/Senior Formulation Executive)
